A. All enquiry emails are immediately fowarded to the property owner for a response. We offer no advice and pass all the enquiries onto owners.

Q. How long will you display my house ?

A. As long as you wish

Q. Can I remove my house from your site easily ?

A. Yes, just tell us and it will be deleted from the site

Q. Do I have to provide an asking price ?

A. Yes, we try to offer a clear and useful service and believe that an asking price is important.

Q. Can I advertise my house in another province ?

A. Yes, it will be shown at the end of the Tuscany listings.

Q. Can I advertise anything other than houses on your site ?

A. No, not in the standard list, however we feature personal and Google adverting panels on our site for Italy related products. Contact us for more details.

Q. Who pays for the website?

A. Not the houses sellers or buyers !. The site is funded by Google advertising bars at the top and side of the pages which advertise Italy and Property related websites. The owners of these websites pay to advertise on relevent sites such as ourselves.
